A 40-Year Accounting Heritage

Steven Agulnik was born and raised in Ottawa. He graduated from Carleton University's commerce program. After graduating, he joined his father's accounting firm of Finkleman and Agulnik, where he practiced tax accounting and accounting for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) for over 30 years.

Over time, Steven came to have a leadership role in the business, and on the retirement of the senior partners, he took over as the principal accountant and director of the firm.

In late 2016, the name of the company was changed to reflect the new leadership, and it is now known as Steven Agulnik, CPA. The firm, and its employees have been part of the fabric of the Ottawa small business community for over 40 years.
